I wouldn’t call Shared Albums in Apple Photos high quality (and certainly not original quality). Unlike in Google Photos, sharing to Apple’s Shared Albums creates a separate scaled down copy of the photo instead of creating permissions to see the original photo.
Why is the thought of other people finding happiness in a way different from you “gut-wrenching”? Such a strong emotional reaction to a lifestyle that has no direct impact on you doesn’t seem healthy.
This is terrible, and while IANAL I’m confused why it doesn’t fall under ADA requirements to provide accessible versions of materials - especially school materials.
Also, can people really claim with a straight face that running a book through text-to-speech is the same as a real audiobook (that’s often a voice actor, right?)?
Anecdotal, but I’ve seen several folks get offers from FB and other big tech, and I’ve seen FB throw much more money at people. They also have better perks.
I think they know they need to use money to overcome their reputation.
