One-handed, gangsta-style shooting while on the phone... DHC head says, "acted according to training". I totally believe it, these agents are being purposefully miss-trained and agitated in order to create situations which incite anger and violence, to destabilize via provocations.

I can't believe the governor of MN isn't in on it, what kind of reaction is "Get the F out of Minnesota?" It's both extremely weak and inflammatory.
