Lying is standard operating procedure for Tesla. It's simply how the business works.
You don't get to be a trillionaire by just airing out every issue when legally obligated to. By the time it catches up to you maybe you're too rich to care. And as long as there are enough fanboys clapping for these people's genius from the sideline there's a snowflake's chance in hell that anyone will ever do anything about this.
Tesla is a frequent offender.
