It already shows the name when hovered or not? Yeah a tab that lists the top spots in the current view would be perfect i think.

Yeah i saw the red highlighted cities and thats really useful, just when i'm zoomed out and try to quickly hover over each red point, the cursor is a "grab hand" so it's hard to tell if i point at the exact point (i often first see the lower ranked surrounding places until i wiggle it), i was wondering if i could see a list of all red marked points in the current view.

That's so cool, I'm about to move to a new place myself to start my family and i just got to compare with my other options, confirming my choice.

is it possible to get a ranked list? it's a bit finicky to hover over the places accurately.

the 2.2g per kg bodyweight is the "more", it's a good target at all ages because most humans with regular diets are way below that. the 1g per pound has been around for a while and it covers the upper ceiling for maximizing protein synthesis in weight lifters. But even for non-weightlifters the higher protein intake can stimulate muscle growth, which is really important as you age because the human body develops anabolic resistance, meaning muscle synthesis slows down and you have to counteract it.

In any case going beyond 2.2g/kg/day is almost always overkill and wont help, but reaching that amount is beneficial at every age, and more important at old age.

Unless you are severely obese the best rule of thumb I know and use is 2.2g of protein per kg of body weight or 1g per 1lbs.

Cool idea, but the tilting when moving the cursor over it is kind of nauseating. I think it could be a decent widget if you make it more minimalist and reduce visual clutter

Pretty cool! would be nice if it was customizable, like how quickly it finishes, would be a nice widget for a home media display.
