Ellen Pao 'resigned' because she displeased too many people. Her style was a little too autocratic for the Reddit culture. For instance and if I recall correctly, telling the 'Ask Me Anything' moderator to move to video interviews and then firing her when she refused. Pao instructing the entire Reddit team to upsticks and move to the one city.
I can already see some APIs that were missing in 1.6 that I need. Extremely exciting and will definitely making transitioning to .NET core so much easier.
Why would decriminalizing suddenly make people less likely to OD? The people that OD are often people that were users, have quit, but started using again but retake the drugs at their previous amounts without accounting for their loss in tolerance.
One thing though - Facebook succeeded because of the sheer amount of money plowed into the team. Our team is succeeding with Angular at the moment and feel pretty strong that it solves our front end rather splendidly.
