try to mimik one of your fav. tracks. maybe first try to reproduce part of the drum pattern with any daw. then you could try to do the same with the baseline, the melody, effects... just playing around. no need to match the exact sound designs.

use simple (caustic3) or cheap software at first (reaper) you later will know what exactly your needs will be. this are just some starting points. i am at your same situation: i have almost no clue about music theory nor i do play a real instrument but i do have a simple midi keyboard just to have a tactile direct access.

one a while i look for YT-advice.

Especially for caustic3 there is a good YT series explaining the basic machines used for electronic music.

There are many ways to make coffee, with various options for additions like milk (including plant-based milk) and sugar, as well as flavorings... Don't these have any effect at all?

Studies with fewer than 1,000 samples are not very meaningful.

Why on earth? It seems to me that the brain itself is the very disease they're trying to preserve here. Not to mention that, as usual, only certain super-rich people could probably afford it—which, to me, seems like one of the worst and most incurable "diseases" there is. Just my humble opinion, coming from my broken brain ;-)

> NTransformer High-efficiency C++/CUDA LLM inference engine. Runs Llama 70B on a single RTX 3090 (24GB VRAM) by streaming model layers through GPU memory via PCIe, with optional NVMe direct I/O that bypasses the CPU entirely.

if it's worth i extract the core value out of the "conversation" with myself. could be a page in any knowledge base, a snippet in my ide, or whatever suits well... then the email thread goes either into archive or into data nirvanah.

UX flaws:

Switching between C and F does not change the label of the field accordingly.

I can enter negative, unrealistic values or no values at all.

Maybe round (floor, ceil) the temperature results in steps of 5 (most devices cannot be adjusted in 1 degree steps)

Improvements: Timer (1st alarm at 1/2 the cooking time. 2nd alarm when done)

Well, I have orbited the sun 55 times, 24 of them together with another person besides my life partner. I understand that some parameters in life were chosen by others (my name, place of birth etc. even my gender I could not choose myself), but many other decisions were, are and will be made by me and their consequences are sometimes quite different from what they were planned or expected. In any case, this is still my reality that I have to deal with - everything else is illusion or wishful thinking. The best I can do is to accept things and situations as they are, as happily as possible. This means that I can and perhaps even have to adapt within the scope of my possibilities in order to be as happy as possible.

Exactly what I want to read on Monday mornings: it describes and confirms my experience from different areas of life, whether it's coding, yoga or DJing; your life is for you and it's supposed to be fun. Then it's original and, with a bit of luck, others will enjoy the things you do too. However, if you do everything just to please others, then you are enslaving yourself to them, copying things that already exist and your originality is gone. My humble opinion...
