I remember this bundling program. This would be similar but just cover the gap between order and delivery. Full copy of Kindle would disappear when hard copy is marked delivered.
I read book samples on the Kindle app, and then order the hard copy if it’s good. It struck me that it would be amazing if Amazon gave me the full Kindle version until the hard copy book delivers. I ordered hard copy Saturday and it doesn't deliver until Wednesday. A long wait for a page-turner.
