Does microsoft have the wisdom to predict where this line of technology is headed, and/or the agility to course correct when their predictions don't quite hit the mark?

From my understanding:
Polygon (formerly MATIC) is a token related to (built off?) ethereum.
Poly Network was a bridge layer that spanned polygon and ethereum.
Polygon and Poly Network are distinct entities as far as I can tell, but they are all overlapping and using each other, so I don't fully understand the distinction.
DefenseStorm is a cybersecurity startup that helps banks and other financial institutions manage the deluge of security data that they produce. We take all of the security critical information and then alert on what's important, generate reports, show cool dashboards, and simplify demonstrating compliance to their regulators and auditors.
I got my job here through an HN Who's Hiring post 5 years ago, and I love working here. Our interview loop is one or two ~1-hour phone screenings, followed by a ~4 hours video call - and we've designed it to approximate realistic day-to-day coding and code review (no algorithm riddles).
