It’s more likely to encourage the war against open source.

Come on, tell me you haven’t noticed there’s a secret war brewing to supplant open source.

The day shall come when we may no longer “view source”, where open source licenses and their code repositories are no longer prominent.

There will be business news articles about how lucky you are, the safety of your children and the well being of your communities, all due to responsible companies “making sure” their source codes are safe and well looked after by professionals.

You think it’s too big to fail (OSS), yet it is common to miscalculate the consequences of over leveraging public perception, let alone their sentiments for security where appetites are concerned.

In a world where sources are no longer free, we will all be made “pirates”, you will see.

From landing page:

> Hello guys, We would like to inform you that we have decided to shut down our site. The past 2 years have been very difficult for us - some of the people in our team died due to covid complications, others still suffer the side effects of it - not being able to work at all. Some are also fighting the war in Europe - ON BOTH SIDES. Also, the power price increase in data centers in Europe hit us pretty hard. Inflation makes our daily expenses impossible to bare. Therefore we can no longer run this site without massive expenses that we can no longer cover out of pocket. After an unanimous vote we've decided that we can no longer do it. We are sorry :( Bye

And then there is that guy that points out the conspiracy to supplant every suspicion that nefarious actors plot against the unsuspecting masses of all others.

There are conspirators against your natural destinies. From profiteers looting government and the populous to secret social and political interests who thrive in the shadow of your refusal to believe.

Incredulity, self assurances, and an indulgent delusion of normalcy obscure and protect these conspiracies.

You are not the America you think you are, you are the America thought controlled.

We cannot trust humans to tell the Truth.

Better yet, can we ourselves deduce Truth?

So separately is LLM capable of discerning and manipulating Truth? No, not alone.

Humans are not innately truthful. However we may learn and embody principles, of which may be those of truthfulness.

Our technology must undergo this same process of self deception as we ourselves have not (collectively) figured out.

The Truth is the perturbation of Objective Reality (state’s collapse in the moment of now.) the “truth” is a figment of minds. Integrity is the measure in between.

As certainty is truly impossible, determination must come by the least uncertain resolve.

Consider that there are plausibly four representations of truthieness.

- pro-presumptive-truth

- a-presumptive-truth

- actualized-truth

- falsified-truth

The two former might be considered non-terminal yet representative (actuating bias explicitly), and the latter as terminal (mappings to discrete state resolutions.)

Now, ask yourself, can you tell the difference when you hear bullshit or important shit from another human?

Ye of little perspective!

That blasted corpratocracy which feeds upon our dreams has buckled.

The trend has pulled a groin, over reach you see.

There is an inevitability which crests all our minds.

Until some charger sets fourth a realm for us all to co-identify, we shall remain divided. And each into their own “verse.”

We should be grateful, for what we have so far. Better to see dreams come true in their own time than to be built by those who would contrive them as their own.

> a mass migration of humanity to a new cognitive frontier

Yes, something is happening yet I don’t see the relevant causes or consequences exposed.

There is a self of “super-consciousness” which is our fullest, activated selves. And there is the ordinary relaxed, idle, soon to atrophy part of ourselves.

The new cognitive frontier is an obligation of each mind obtaining it, as much as developed physical properties. Only future generations of those who have elevated cognitive fulfillment will inherit this advance. All others will struggle and compete in the den of ignorance and confusion, just as we have until now.

Too few elevated pathfinders come of age quickly enough to stand out in a cacophony of modernity. The individual mass is simply too self absorbed. The mass gamification has denatured some part of us.

If you would fulfill your potential of being, cognitive and all, vast time of enduring intention (of whatever you yourself wills to embody) is required. Three years to be more than incompetent and less than a liability. Ten years to be competent in saying they know the challenges of their own nature. A lifetime of tiny increments which are not necessarily reflected by the distraction of material are imperative.

Our technology and consumertopia is not an antithesis, rather a distraction from realizing we and our minds are the ultimate technology. A technology most of humanity never fully appreciates.

> Such a shift may well be enabled by artificial intelligence, as can be speculatively explored

Doubtful.

If modern AI grants you insight, that is well enough. The true intelligence is our own, and by deliberate decades our thought structure and strategy may excel, or rot as a useless self indulgent orgy of senses.

> regarding the apparent absence of ET contact with humanity

I disagree. I believe there have been “others” here the whole time (beyond written human history). Humans are so arrogant to think they must live as we do, or share our values. These interact with our world through their minds. They mostly live their entire lives in organic fluid filled sacks.

As their technology is of the mind (working through entanglement, as we are quantum consciousness), they do not need “things”, though when they do, they can grow it atom by atom.

They do not have “computers”, they use their minds, and technology augmentations for everything.

> framed by them as committed to an overly primitive style of communication.

Yes. Unless one is very good with words, talking is a poor medium. Every sense, experience, thought, or idea may be communicated as fully as one’s own memory or imagination.

How might this influence or structure advanced mediums of thought?

Better to be an ascetic lean living minimalist in study of the self than successful and busy by modern standards.

> Metadiscourse

Enlightening coloring of the casual yet consequential. This epic could have been broken into a half dozen separate discourse (LLM?)

I must admit, long before “Bohmian dialogue” I suspected LLM. Nearing intellectual hodgepodge, I pressed on.

> Magical communication

Yes, now we’re getting to it. We are not alone in our own minds. Our minds may be linked through entanglement, and entire secret cultures exists among us implicated in this revelation. Maybe so would “ET’s”. Yes, hmmm.

> Given the deprecation of "magical thinking" as pseudoscientific

It is by no accident. Those empowered by thought control do not want their powers explained, and ordinary people do not want to consider their implications.

The remainder is very interesting incoherence (all the references are excellent!)

The speculation regarding “ET” communications present the valid points that there really isn’t much to say (they likely know plenty of us.) everyone knows humans are unreliable, unpredictable, and prone to harming others over their ideals.

Humanity has an inborn mystery of thought controls needing an account before otherworldly matters may by any integrity be resolved.

There is a lecture series “Astronomy, Stars, Galaxies, and the Universe” by James Kaler which is quite excellent.

Recorded Books has the Modern Scholar Series, which one might obtain through their local library. It’s an audio, not literally a book, though the quality is excellent and may answer many questions (like how is sunlight made?)

As for quantum considerations, try the book “fabric of the universe”, by David Deutsch. And there is always Alice in Quantumland if you want to “go down the rabbit hole” so to speak.

The problem is not that Truth is impossible to find, rather that undeceiving the self is difficult.

The Truth is a perturbation of Objective Reality (the state resolve of universal potential into manifest form in the moment of now); and the truth is a figment of mind. Integrity is the measure of consistency between.

More mental models should factor in the unreliability of conceptual state in reference to external resolve.

Once while looking for ‘On the consolation of Philosophy’, by Boethius I came across the near title ‘The Consolations of Philosophy’ by Alain de Botton.

After having self studied philosophy for over a decade, Botton’s dash review of great thinkers is accessible and refreshing. Boethius is not for the newb.

Find personalities, or eras, or thought topics which appeal to you and read everything you can of that vein.

The old stuff seems cringe today, though many great thinkers speak in a timeless language. Some tellings and narratives mar these often reclusive legends. One must struggle to find authentic and revealing accounts where their original language is not available to you.

Audiobooks and long drives (or workouts) are a worthy competitor of books.

They’ve been here for 10,000 years.

They don’t “visit.” They’ve been here the whole time. More have come since the first arrived, though they just drift around in their (living machine) vessels, observing everything.

Most of them spend their entire lives in their pseudo-embryonic sack, a very rare few actually get out and walk around, so they don’t really compete for space or resources in the same way humans would.

Their technology works largely through the mind, so they can literally observe the world through your senses while a million miles away. There isn’t a thought or experience you can have in your own mind that they cannot perceive in greater quality and detail through your own senses.

While altruistic, they are wary of humans. Humans are unpredictable, unreliable, and frankly a danger to themselves and others. There is little incentive to “meeting and greeting” modern Man. Humans are not the most endearing part of Earth.

Oh, btw, there is a secret war among humans. Those who have the power of thought control are running a secret governance of power against the rest, so it isn’t like you’re really aware of or speak on behalf of your own humanity.

Offering of your gratuitous craze.

These “Aliens” who have been hanging out in under and around Earth for 10,000 years would like for me to share a short account I have written.

Treachery divides us, friends. The Truth is Man is savage and beastial, when not meddlesome scamps. The consequences and when these catch up to us are the real mystery.

An account of the “greys” (and the secret war among Man.)

What is ironic is the best of both sides purged the finest of their own in a secret war among us all.

Those who would be our gods through Power plunder and ensnare these state assets. Almost as greedily as the lives of celebrities.

Those who through Power would rape you, break you, and remake you in the likeness of their own image enjoy common Man’s apparatus for state craft.

If they weren’t armies of brute, single minded imbletards with bit bosses (and pit slaves) the outcome of your world being so meniacly owned could evolve into something else.

Your Thought Control is a machinery of minds. Armies of tards shall pile upon you. A shit ton mountain high.

Your enemies within do not (necessarily) wage war with bombs and bullets, they use corruption and lies.

Insanity is real, however what is commonly called “sane” is itself a delusion. You KNOW this, whether you would attribute to such an extreme secret, that one so vast and thorough could exist among you that you yourself would refuse to see it.

This secret claims your world. Influences your politics, your populous. It drives you all insane from within.

Heck, it even gets your kids killed. “The thoughts won’t stop, HELP ME.”

At least one sixth of you hear and are in “some way” indoctrinated into this awareness, that we are not alone in our own minds.

And yes, these voices in our heads make us crazy. Living with this secret, especially those who are on the “other side” of the issue, deconstructs every norm, overrides every natural action or reaction within us.

While you look for concrete information, it is ironic you look first to disprove then to ignore. In the shadow of your incredulity thrives an abomination of power incomprehensible and imperceptible to ordinary minds. Indistinguishable from God in the minds of the thought controlled.

I am not here to “prove”, I offer a revelation. One of the greatest secrets and crisis of our age.

We are not alone in our own minds, we are being screwed with (and we always have been.)

Most individuals are completely helpless. So much so, mentioning these experiences are a taboo. An immediate condemnation. Crazy. Or a joke.

You are a denier of the exogenous of thought control.
dangitnotagain

This seems an appropriate time to point out, we are not alone in our own minds.

Conventional debate refuses this inescapable truth. Affluent, educated, and well respected members of your most elite communities will vehemently deny the possibility.

In addition to mentally unstable persons at risk to others, thought control is on the rise and these are pyramid schemes of exploitation.

Those empowered by Thought control are driving unstable persons to rape and murderous extremes. The homeless unstable are the most dramatic when they go off, yet if you pay attention they are setting off all kinds of peoples. They are driving your conspiracy cultures (themselves the ultimate conspiracy.)

America is being driven insane within, by American Thought Control.

> “If you talk to God, you are praying,” Szasz declared. “If God talks to you, you are schizophrenic.”

Or the more difficult to explain truth, that we are not alone in our own minds.

It is your greatest crisis to deny the exogenous of thought control, as thought control takes the place of God in the minds of thought controlled Americans.

To throw a little shade on you translation nerds, I thought to mention a few things.

Greeks were all illiterate at the time of the Homeric composition. They didn’t start reading/writing again for about fifty years. Arguably, these stories made the Greeks reintroduce writing.

There is the argument on who’s that Homer anyway, and my conclusion (after studying the Epic cycle for some years) is that the Iliad was the composition of ~800 years of oral tradition. The Odyssey was produced in a short time afterwards. Homer had a school of acolytes who composed The Odyssey together. No one who has read The Odyssey more than three times will say with confidence that the whole composition is produced by one person. The narratives among the books are too different. It was a tomb for relating to the way Grecians once were … before the Dorian invasion which hobbled them all back into illiteracy, and how they should live once more. Soon after these works came the “golden area” of philosophers.

Oh yeah, the actual Trojan war occurred ~800 years before Homer composed the Iliad! Soon after this epic blood letting the Dorians (some illiterate inland tribal peoples) walked right over them, causing the gap between ancient and classical Greece. Perilous time for Humanity.

The Epic cycle was actually a dozen or so comparable stories, only Homer’s survived in full. Interesting side stories include that of Iphigenia, which explains Clytemnestra’s betrayal more than the woman hating rhetoric spewed by Agamemnon (in hades) or other accounts.

Europeans are used to not being listened to. They believe in angels and divinity making a spectacle phenomenon. How these correlate over time is curious. Lots of old tales from shepherds seeing objects hovering in the sky.

When I was in Italy (teenager) I saw three light points make a synchronous ascent from a farm field covered area five k way.

When I had a trippy dream I saw them in tanks. Rows and rows of tanks. They were showing me how America kept their broods in tanks. They live in their embryonic sac usually, so that part was fine.

Well, there is a hypothesis that the quantum sieve is an analog rather than binary domain. Rather than spin characteristic, an entire amplitude wave front exists in there, we must find the technology to suss it out.

However this technology resolves itself, the single scope’s domain would be a virtual hyper-dimensional “sub-universe”. An echo chamber which simulates whatever constructive and destructive interference interacted upon it. These combine into “your universe”, and best guess behavioral response is activated.

The virtualization layer (through constructive hyper-dimensionality) would mean the information does not have to linearly propagate through every parsing and rendering necessary to functionally relate.

What might the resolution be for such a scope? Is one neuron enough, or do these couple and entangle, producing higher composite resolution?

As for “things” doing hyper-dimensionalization (or hyper-parameterization) , what is obvious is of (efficient) virtualization layers influencing their evolutions.

Whatever we’re doing is economical for our headspace.
