Kind of tired of people taking anabolic steroids and then claiming it's a smaller part of their success or people being born rich talking about hard work whilst being on the golf course.

Found it interesting and engaging, but having a CS professor at Colombia putting their name to AI “slop” is a bit unnerving. If they are writing papers for work you would hope they would enjoy the process of thinking and writing (journaling) instead of using ChatGPT.

Can you explain it in another way? What you are saying is that instead of loosing 100% they loose 70% and loosing 70% is somehow good? Or are you saying the risk adjusted returns are then 30% better on the downside than previously thought? Because if you are, I think people here are saying the risk is so high that it is a given they will fail.
