This seems a bit dramatic.

I don't have much love for this guy. He donated millions to the EFF to the point where CL owned the EFF.

When CL bullied people who lightly scraped their site with CFAA threats, the EFF would not help. Ultimately, they ended up on the wrong side of history.

While Musk has created hundreds of thousands of jobs and God knows how many millionaires, Newmark complains about him while having only created around 50 jobs. 50.

Instead of building something else and employing more people he watches TV and feeds pigeons.

Bravo. He's basically a beatnik who won the lottery.

This is more true than people realize. My wife and I got full body MRI scans.

Both showed "possible" medical issues. My though was "Great, I have a baseline, in two years I'll get another one and compare".

My wife on the other hand got a bit obsessed about her results and had what was probably an unnecessary procedure to biopsy something, which turned out to be benign.

I suppose you could argue that another way...better safe than sorry...but the stress that is caused by known uncertainty vs unknown uncertainty can be too much.

I don't let the AI make any choices. I have a lot of instructions and sample code for it to follow. It is basically a glorified code generator at that point.

I wonder if that is even possible since the whole point of the motor is an imbalance of magnetic forces.

From the outer Cape it sounded like a long low rumble. I tought it was the wind making an unusual noise.

I don't think compacting often is good for saving money. It generates more output tokens and then the input is no longer from cache, which is priced differently...typically very differently.

I wish the syntax looked more like typescript. This will confuse my eyes for a while.

Or is it posible this administration just took a win-win-win position?

1 - US oil and gas companies make money as oil proces rise. The US is the largest producer in the world.

2 - China loses it's major source of oil and gas.

3 - Iran gets neutralized. It may not look like it now, but it will probably end up that way.

It's nice to see some humble people inside the tech space.

Too many of us believe we are gods as we command our machines to do our will. That was me once.

If the news about his investing over the last several years is true, he's been shorting a bull market for 4 years now. It better go bust or he will.

Won't this have a negative impact on token cache?

Successful men are not intimidated by successful women, they just don't desire them (for their success)...in general.

The intimidation comes into play when men are put at an income disadvantage. Women also don't find men who make less than them desirable (in general). So it's a double wammy.

A single mutli-millionaire guy is not going to be impressed by a woman who works 50 hrs a week and makes $400k.

He would rather someone available to take care of his needs while he can take care of the financial needs.

This is the opposite of what successful females want.

Counter point...have you seen the rates a females on anti-anxiety / anti-depression medication in our culture?

I'm not a moral relativist, but I'm not sure we've perfected things here either.

I'll play this out...

Every human is equally valuable in the moral sense.

But value is subjective when we are talking about relationships and we can only generalize about this value.

High income women are more valuable to low income men.

High income men already have money. They value other attributes.

And this is the paradox successful women can face. Their success doesn’t attract the mates they desire, quite the opposite. And worse, they were never told that. They were told the opposite.

I feel like you didn't get the joke at the end.

Yeah. I've seen this happen with people doing it. It's just bad access management.

And anyone can do it with the wrong access granted at the wrong moment in time...even Sr. Devs.

At least this one won't weight on any person's conscience. The AI just shrugs it off.

Interesting project but I can't tell, is the language used supposed to be satire?

Yes, I meant to respond to other comments in here directly, but got messed up.

Others had floated the idea of locking by using an alternate finger with touchID, after the fact.
