You're getting a lot of replies from other ICs that do well in a WFH setting, but I can say from a manager perspective, it's not always the manager or process. I've been managing remote teams for years since before covid and some people just don't do well without the in-person structure.
It's possible to build a high performing remote team, but it's not easy.
Thanks for posting this. My doc just prescribed vtama for me a month ago and my psoriasis was gone in less than a week. I didn’t even finish the sample tube he gave me. Far more effective than the steroid topical cream I was using before. I had no idea what vtama was until reading your post.
They do exist. When I sold in NYC a few years ago, I paid 2.5% all in. When I bought, I used the same broker and got a 2/3 buyer's commission rebated to me at closing. It was a decent chunk of money and helped me pay the closing costs. I recommended it to all my friends and several got the rebates as well.
