They’re roughly proxies for each other. But I think land is a much more fundamental source of power. Makes sense that a lot of these types have started to invest in defense fortresses and opine about building new cities.
It’s because the site is chalk full of millennials who jumped on the “I was an office assistant making $40k and I did a bootcamp and now make 200k” at the right place at just the right time.

Yeah, I’m sure people I know who were raped as children, abused and prostituded by drug addict parents and watched their siblings die from said drugs would have been immensely worse off away from pedophiles and drug addicts.
Although, at the very least, perhaps we can accept forced sterilization for such people. At the least keep it from expanding.
