gautambay·há 12 anos·discussi inadvertently found a workaround when i installed the pocket chrome extension -- https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/pocket-formerly-re...i now see an "add to pocket" link next to every HN story, so i am able to separate voting and saving for later (albeit on a different app).
