2. No, iOS people are not switching. They are staying but not buying newer models due to lack of innovation. Personally I would never switch to the cesspool named Android. Laggy, malware infested garbage
yet Zuckerberg is testifying as I write, denying, dodging the responsibility and questions. I can't believe it, instead of laying down and confessing, he is trying to justify and blame everyone but Facebook.
I am usually a advocate for privacy and right to be forgotten but in this case I am with Google. The criminals can easily erase their conviction and start 'scamming' victims again. Remember a time when I was looking for apartment and I Googled the name of the owner only to find news articles about how he had built 2 apartments inside one, even though they had no fire escape.
I don't really know, but as facebook usage declines they will become more and more desperate to make up for the loss of revenue. One of these days when most people have moved over to another platform there will news in the media "Facebook sold users private chatlogs".
I have a feeling none of these "decentralized" social networks are going to succeed in capturing the users, but I believe one of these will attract the users for something else than the feature "decentralized". When it happens, whoever owns the site will then move away from the initial concept and build the site around the side-effect feature that attracted the users and then capture the entire audience and thus kill facebook once and for all-.
is it weird to find them fascinating? I am a millenial and WW2 and its horror is something that I have learnt, but to meet survivors (of holocaust) and surviving items is very exciting.
I expected a non-conditional apology but there he is blaming on a single app being able to extract data.
We dont want apology for the breach, we want apology for collecting all the data for so many years. We want to FB to delete the data they have collected even if it means a massive reduction in advertisement revenues. But I guess none of his algorithms can foresee the end of FB.com in the western part of the world.

Don't wanna sound like a party pooper. But isnt this the same as what movie streaming sites are shut down for, linking to sites with copyrighted material?
