They are doing contained, well-thought-out experiments, with hypotheses, peer review, control samples, ability to repeat trials, data collection, and discussion.

Helium network has been growing fast. Just crossed 20,000 hotspots and will probably reach 100,000 this year. It uses a crypto mining incentive so the network expands without any central corporation needing to spend a dime on infrastructure. People are already building cool IoT projects with it from adafruit kits.
MCP can use 10k tokens. Everything good happens in the first 100k tokens.
It's more context efficient to code a custom binary and prompt the LLM how to use the binary when needed.
