For starters, you can all visit http://www.oanda.com/convert/classic and see the actual conversion rate. It's current float rate is 1 US Dollar (USD) = 1,201.40 Iraqi Dinar (IQD).
His package for 5,000,000 Dinars comes out to $5499 which translates to 909.26 IQD per 1 USD. Sounds like Sam Odio is royally screwing people on that - basically giving you about 75% of what you deserve.
Furthermore, Sam actually ships the Dinar's too you. That's really shady. Real currency investors rarely take hold of any physical holdings.
