I think nope. Where do you live, the US? In some Asian and African countries, Facebook is indeed popular. They will still share everything there, and chat with each other. Maybe you can say Facebook is dying in the US when there're twitter, IG, WhatsApp. But global, I think Facebook, the app itself, is still the largest social media in thr worly and still will be for a very long time unless Meta wants to shut it down on Africa and Asia
