How do you block all of the stuff?

I agree, I dread exercise. I push myself to the gym filled with regret that this is a necessity and I don't have a choice.

I agree. It is a great novel. Taught me a lot of about the history and lives of people in Iraq.

I remember reading some where that blue light filter on glasses doesn't really help.
