It may not qualify as a hack, but I use Soonpatch to paste a slack link and get the bug/improvement solved in the proper repo right away, no matter in which directory I call it
I run Claude Code in cmux with Soonpatch and that's it. I tried looking at Cursor but honestly it wasn't providing any value and I prefer being 100% up to date with CC updates/interface
I'm working on https://soonpatch.com - to paste a slack report message about your code (bug/improvement) in Claude Code and get the fix in the proper repo/worktree right away (you can call it in any CC instance and it'll find the way, no need to navigate through your directories manually)
Yes, I'm trying to know whether there are more people having the issue that I'm solving. Though now that I talk with you, I realized I should have tried to know this beforehand, but I built it because I found it so useful.
But I think my main issue is that I have zero network with other devs, apart from my 2-3 developers in my company. I don't have a way to quickly reach out and find out what devs in general are struggling with, etc. I guess I have to get out there, out of my little company cave :)
That sounds like the way to go. In terms of reading books (my normal usage of e-ink readers) you don't need 60hz when flipping a page, but it's a must when trying to use an app menu, or using Google Drive for example.
Identifying when to increase the refresh rate may be a challenge but I can see it pretty doable for this kind of "limited" scenarios where you either read or navigate a storage app.
