I'll start by saying unlike a majority of HN readers I am non-technical. I am an axiom customer and have had interactions with Yaseer, Alex, and Simon and must say they are very communicative and helpful! I use the product for some order fulfillment automation with one of my suppliers and it works great. If you have a project it might help with I say give it a shot especially since they now have a free tier!
