Can you explain more about what you don't like and the reasoning for it? and can you explain more about the things you are telling us to do? this other comment doesn't leave a lot of faith in your claims
I would say the best thing you can make for $50 is a space bucket so you can start growing. All you need is a tutorial, a light bulb, seed, power strip and you can upgrade as you go.
What about software that auto emails/ calls / text everyone not the new hire? is that too much to ask spend? what if someone like monster.com sponsored the service?
