What about Puerto Rico? I moved here 6mo to take advantage of the lowest taxes an American can get and it's pretty livable. Of course English is spoken as a second language, but all in all it's pretty livable
So, I need nvidia proprietary drivers, use a window manager that doesn't support wayland (cwm), do I have any options besides using Xorg? I think the answer is no, but I'm not super well versed in these things. Xorg seems to work just great for me, not sure what all the fuss is about. But then again, I'm not an expert, so I'm happy to adopt any other solution, assuming I can get fast graphics/cuda at 144hz and use my favorite window manager, cwm.
So are you saying if you hire a foreign remote worker, they should be get the same salary as a US worker? Moreover, how could paying a standard wage for a country ever be considered exploitation?

Considering that Python has some of the worst performance around, does it really matter? Other languages don't have this problem, and they're orders of magnitude faster.
Why does Python move at such a glacially slow pace? The language itself is unfortunate, the implementation even worse. Why can none of these problems be fixed?
Though, maybe it doesn't matter. Julia is better in every way and supports easy Python interop. It's already a questionable decision to start a new Python project today and it probably will only become more questionable in the future.
The language no longer serves any niche nor has any purpose. Let's just all move on.
Have you tried seroquel? I’ve found even a small dose at night both helps me sleep and keeps me “normal” during the day. I take modafinil (in the morning) and seroquel (at night) and find it works well
For me. I’m BP type 2 so it might be different for you though. Even though the seroquel isn’t XR I have definitely noticed a reduction in me.. jumping on tables or screaming at people. Anyways, just a thought!
