I agree, offering real value upfront feels like the only sustainable way to do this now.

The free beta + conversation after they’ve actually used the product makes a lot of sense. It shifts the dynamic from pitch to feedback loop.

What are you building, and in which space? Would be interesting to hear how you’re applying this in practice.

This is a really helpful reframing. I hadn’t thought about completely removing the “ask”. I think that’s exactly why outbound still feels uncomfortable to me.

Just to make sure I understood you correctly - are you saying you deeply study their specific context first and then proactively share a concrete observation or suggestion without attaching a meeting request?

How you decide what level of analysis is “enough” before reaching out?

Inheritance headlines hide a lot of variance. Between healthcare costs, taxes, late-life spending, and liquidity constraints, what actually transfers is often very different from what’s on paper.

Really nice analysis. Did you notice if seasonality behaves differently across unit types or price segments?

Thanks! The part about brokers is interesting. Did that actually work for you, and was it worth it? How did you choose the right brokers and were they paid upfront or success-based?

That’s a really good point. Thank you. Out of curiosity what kind of insights would actually make the choice easier for you? Which criteria or factors would you personally find most useful when evaluating properties?

Thanks, that’s a really great idea, I’ve noted it down. You’re absolutely right. Filtering out fake listings or negative landlord/seller histories can save a lot of time, money, and nerves.

Thanks, John. I really appreciate your thoughtful reply and totally understand your point. The idea isn’t to replace human understanding, but to let you share the key things that matter to you, so the system can surface only the most relevant options. The more facts and context it has, the more accurate the results become.

John, thanks for your comment. I’ve been in real estate for about 10 years, studying how people actually make decisions and helping them choose the right property. Recently, launched a platform that uses deep analysis to evaluate listings before you see them, showing only the ones that genuinely match your needs and lifestyle. We’re constantly running tests and experiments.
