I had this error, "There was a problem loading this website. Try refreshing the page. If the site still doesn't load, please try again in a few minutes."

Clicking the lock in the browser shows that it has a wildcard with sni.cloudflaressl.com
Shopify/ Cloudflare is holding my domain hostage. Shopify uses Cloudflare SSL for SaaS and has hijacked my DNS settings. Shopify is giving me the run around. Cloudflare wants $200 to create a ticket and I have no recourse. Someone please help me.
Here is the response I received.
"We sincerely understand how important this issue is to be fixed and we don't want you as well to keep contacting us with the same matter. We have contacted our Support Team including the Technical Team and they were able to bust the CF Certificate to make your Domain work and it is up and working. But we cannot give a full assurance that it will work in the long run since we are afraid that it might happen again. According to our Team, these CF Certificates we are trying to bust are not being served by Shopify. You will need to contact instead Godaddy for this one for it to be investigated further. Please see the image below. Our Team advised that Godaddy will be the one to fix this concern you have in your domain."
However, all they did was add *.policeofficer.com, policeofficer.com, and sni.cloudflaressl.com to their Cloudflare DNS settings.
Like someone else has mentioned. The old fart tool is literal proof of the extremely high turn over rate. From my own experience checking the tool it showed that over %50 of people have been fired or left the company in just 1 year. I suspect that you’re astroturfing.
I’ve sent an email in regarding a CCPA request and got this response.
“ Hello,
Thanks for reaching out! I'm following up on your request. I want to let you know that no one at Proctorio has access to your information. Only authorized personnel at your school (Instructors or Administrators) can access any of the information collected while taking an exam.
