I became tired of manually adding numerous school trips, dentist appointments, service reminders to my calendar, Gmail never detects them.

So I built a simple calendar bot: forward an email with event info, and it replies with a calendar invite.

Runs on AWS Lambda with SES, verifies email authenticity, uses OpenAI for parsing. Open source, based on aws-lambda-ses-forwarder.
