I've used these sorts of oddball points on my resume and it's consistently started good conversations in interviews and gotten me in with teams of people who I worked well with because we liked the same weird things.
Setting aside the issues with that term, yes. I've been diagnosed with adhd, Asperger's, and half of every neurosis one ever heard of although I try not to take those labels as an identity.

I profess, I'm an ideas guy. I do genuinely want to be a better executor, but I find it difficult to get myself to focus when I sit down to do things. I've come to think maybe I just really don't like technical work, but I've put so much time and effort into my career at this point it's a hard pill to swallow
