Anyone know of a provider that doesn't mandate storing this info? I understand they want to know your credit to open an account so need your pii to get credit info, but does any cell provider not store it after that? I tried to get tmobile to delete mine and they won't so I'm open to switching to any post-paid service that does.

screenshots of a browser where your screenshots are automatically named by the application window you're taking a screenshot of. if that tab is an article or forum post or anything that has an emoji in its title, you're getting emojis in the filename. you only find out when you go to find the screenshot later and it's missing. fun stuff

running it virtually is also an option. I run macos in virtualbox for the times I need it (for me that's not daily) and have no issues with it

I haven't seen the data yet and there's likely a better way of doing this, but worst case - couldn't you just script replacing :00: with -00- (through :59:)? Then, if you wanted, replace ':' with a better delimiter and then replace the -00- back to :00:?

I'm assuming there's a better way w/ regex but I'm not great with regex. Could probably find that with a few minutes of google though, just replacing the pattern of :##: with -##- using numeric wildcards.

I'll add that I recently found how well Paprika handles printing recipes you have in your library. I wanted to print off a bunch of recipes to put in a binder and was very happy with how clean and simply formatted each recipe was, often with room to write notes on the paper. My only wish is they would implement a "family" option where I could easily share my library of recipes with my girlfriend without having to share them one at a time.

Same here but with opnsense instead of pfsense. It would be great to have all of the info in the controller's dashboard, but I wasn't thrilled with what ui had available over the last year and figured I'd punt buying a usg or similar down the road a few years.

I call my 95 year old grandma every week. She doesn't have a cell phone, only a landline. I would guess many if not most older people are similar. If the replacement service doesn't work with landlines then it's dead in the water as a replacement and will only function as an additional option. Going to stay that way for a while as (my assumption is) the group 70+ likely have a large population without call phones.

Not to mention rural communities without adequate cell service.

Good point on the playlists, it hadn't dawned on me that 'watch later' is a playlist. Haven't tried continue, in the past I've created a 'downloaded.txt' file which gets updated as files download and then checked before it runs again so it doesn't try to re-download them.

Happens to me often. I don't think it even tells you what videos are gone. I know I've seen channels say they removed a video themselves because it didn't do well with views so they wanted to re-tweak it in the hope it lands better.

Just curious, do you download them one at a time or do you have a "system" for handling them?

I ask because this seems like a great idea. I've already written a script to read from a list and download and now I'm wondering if I don't just use use that instead of "watch later" going forward. Curious if you do anything beyond adding them one at a time I should consider before changing my approach.
