I have many wordpress sites, some large, some small, and only 1 was ever hacked and it was on a shared host 10+ years ago. Today I have sites that I haven't updated in 5+ years, no hacks no problems. Good wp depends on good server config and good wp setup.

In US, there is a culture of going out of your way to do something that would be inconsiderate to others. I think its perpetuated by movies, games, social media. Most other countries probably dont have that issue, though France seems like an outlier given how much they seem to try and make muslims miserable over there.

Not true at all, any gathering of people is a prime target for shipping contraband in the mail. Not to mention how the protests could affect mail service in the area.

Last year or maybe it was 2019 a delivery worker was murdered. Agg robberies of delivery workers has been going up. Breaking into mail boxes and mail theft has been going up. Using mail service to conduct fraud and other criminal transactions is going up. I'm on mobile so it's hard to get the links but just google it, not hard to find.
There is no city hall, I live outside city limits.
The water where I live is supplied by a municipal utility district, and this particular one is involved in a lot of projects. They have regular meetings which are public and recorded, and everything is well maintained.
I don't understand this argument. I live just outside a city, and all of these utilities are handled by entities that exist to serve outside of the city. What am I missing?
