the 7-8 you reference is for adults 25yrs+. As a general rule humans require less sleep the older they get.
I've played plenty of games on M1 that are graphically more impressive and have higher base requirements than Civ 6.
Seems that others have pointed out that Civ is more CPU bound than GPU so I don't know if that's something that could be optimised without completely changing the mechanics of the game or if Civ is just an unoptimised beast but then again the M1 is way above the minimum required spec for Civ 6 so i don't think it's some unfeasible concept.

While I understand your point that nut milk chemically isn't at all related to animal milk, I don't think that's the association that comes to mind when using a product.
The association is in it's use. By calling nut or oat milk, 'milk', you're making it clear to the consumer what it should be / can be used for, which is a substitute for animal milk.
By removing the word milk, all you have achieved is confusing the consumer as to what it can be used for. Can I put it on cereal, is it safe to cook with, can it go in coffee, etc, etc.
There isn't a consumer alive who thinks almond milk came from an animal. This is obviously nothing more than industry lobbying gone wild.
I don't disagree with your assessment and if anything it really opens the door for someone else to step in and offer these tools because if Skyrim, Minecraft, Gary's mod etc have shown us anything it's that these tools can create vast communities that will keep growing and supporting your work and any future releases.
Just a shame to see so many companies prioritise profits over gameplay / replayability and community these days.

I don't disagree a staged license for first time drivers might not be a bad idea but the restrictions are too severe and i don't think age should play any factor, it's everyone or no one.
And if they're going to introduce restrictions of young drivers then at the same time there should be an introduction of mandatory retests at 50-60 years of age to prove road worthiness and update road knowledge.
As a vegetarian I don't actually care for meat substitutes anyway, I call them veggie junk food since most of them contain dubious amounts of actual vegetables but I just don't see consumers being confused or hurt by calling veggie burgers, burgers.

On a person note, I feel like if you're in a relationship where this hasn't already being communicated and agreed upon then I'm not convinced a mobile app is going to be the big game changer women think. This could potentially backfire on the women and cause arguments and resentment since it seems like the intent of the politician and the apps creation is to shame men into doing something that they would already be doing if they cared or wanted / were able to do.
I wonder if the app be focused on domestic jobs traditionally carried out by the wife, such as vacuuming, dusting, laundry, ironing etc. Or will it also take into account repairs and maintenance work traditionally carried out by the husband.
This. While not me personally, there is obviously a market (Japan comes to mind) for virtual, non-human based interactions and relationships.
While it seems pretty clear to me subjectively that removing human interaction from your life has a negative effect it's still desired by some and they're entitled to that.
I mean, Europe is dominated by US corporations. Every high street in Europe has multiples of US owned businesses so why shouldn't we return the favour.
The US is still the worlds largest economy, this shouldn't really be a new idea.

Probably this will all get watered down during debate but the fact this and the recent traffic proposals are even being suggested shows the current regime is at a dead end and have nothing better to do unless they start moving to the political centre or god forbid do something popular like closing tax loopholes or legislating markets that are actually scamming consumers like supplements.
