Aside from maybe Company of Heroes 3, what RTS games have came out anytime recently at all? I want some mid-to-late 90s style RTS games (C&C, AoE, TA, War2, SC, SC2) where you collect resources, build and expand bases, and wage war on your enemies.
For all companies, public or private, they need to grow their gross margins if they want to survive. The last 5-10 years was inappropriately focused on revenue and headcount growth and the tide has very abruptly shifted.
Our company had this happen, first day the new employee was clearly not who was interviewed and didn't have the skillset. We fired her her 2 hours into the job and thankfully before we did much onboarding.
I'm unclear on what the desired outcome is. A shitty company that can't evaluate on-going employees and let them slide for 30-60 days?
fly.io is simply a VM provider. You can achieve the same requests per second there as any VM host. The person you're replying to just has a comically low expectation of performance.
I am not interested in 4X games.
