I'm always a little bit suspicious of self-appointed vigilantes. There's a reason there are rules of evidence, search warrants approved by judges, etc. Why is this guy so obsessed with this one topic? It gives him a good "cover" (at least in his mind) to go trolling child pr0n sites...
I have a better idea! Don't take naked pictures of yourself and give them to other people, or let others take naked photos of you. I'm 54 years old and haven't had any problem with this method in all my years.
I've bought "real property" three time in my life. Each time, despite the "realtors" complaints, I hired an attorney to look over the deal and to be at closing. And each time, he noticed things that the "realtor" didn't know about (or pretended not to know about).
Realtors are not legal experts. They are mostly part-timers who passed a test. Don't rely on them.
