Wrong. There are 175,000 coal miners in entire of U.S.
Who voted for Trump? Basically every single demographic group. The country has collectively lost its mind when the candidate is astoundingly unqualified...
Did you know 54% of white women voted for trump? That's right, more white women voted for Trump than Hillary Clinton.
Why are they waiting on Oracle when Java is open source? Why can't they adopt the model by spring source (now pivotal) who, from what I understand, is de facto leader in the JEE space and yet doesn't get bogged down by JEE specs.
g+ doesn't have a write api so everything you see there is posted by a human technically.
that said i don't post on g+ but whenever i log in my stream is full of "fresh" content with reasonable engagement. so somebody is using g+ although i don't know a single person that does...
could it be that it is more popular outside of US?
I love Google+ and am rooting for it. To me its a great mix of Flickr, Twitter and Facebook.
What really hurt g+ was three things. First it became bloated with features which confused the average user.
Second was the aggressive push by some at google (Vic?) esp. with youtube comment integration. This totally backfired with media and YT stars who were dragged kicking and screaming.
And third, failure to consolidate multiple g+ profiles for people who have multiple google accounts. I've 6 g+ profiles but only use one. When someone wants to add me they search my name and are not sure which person to add. This is such a basic failure in user experience that I don't even know why g+ was launched without first anticipating and addressing this problem..smh
except google collecting data doesn't mean google shares that data with advertisers. its a common misconception of how the ad model works.
moreover google has one of the best records of security for a consumer facing company. your data is more safe with google than apple - no question about that.
