As far as I know, the founder of Sambo Computer studied in the United States, and that experience was what led to the release of this computer. You’re probably right.
Also, it was surprisingly easy to sign up with a disposable email address. That seems like it could make it easy for people to waste your computing resources unnecessarily. You might want to be careful about that.
Unless Microsoft, the owner of Minecraft, raises an IP infringement issue, there is no reason to consider hosting private servers illegal. I fail to understand the ESA's reasoning or why they even brought this up.
