Thank you for the monumental work you guys put into this! Looks very interesting, and something I would like to try out.
One quick question - I see that you have a Rust client, however it's marked WIP, how usable is it in its current state? Any idea on a timeline of it becoming an official binding?
Thank you! I'm checking out Marcos' project as well, yes, very similar, somehow I missed it while researching if anyone is already working in this direction, before starting on mine!
Author here. Please let me know if you have any suggestions and/or constructive feedback :)
Purpose of this "yet another package manager", is to keep all those single binary CLI tools updated on a system. In no way this project is designed to replace any of the full-fledged package managers like HomeBrew and others.
Cool extension, thanks! I added it to Brave, to only realize that Brave has something similar built-in. It looks like a "play" button in upper right corner, and can be activated by "CTRL-SHIFT-A", lets you search through tabs and switch to one quickly.
I was wondering what that "play" button was for about a month, lol. Unfortunate choice of icon on their part, IMO.
