I don't think 10 hours per week is unreasonable or impossible. And I don't see why you need to be a hypochondriac or narcissist to prioritize physical activities. The article does not define the required level of exertion, but I assume things like biking, ping-pong/pickleball, soccer, etc all count. A lot of physical activity can be cheap, though it is more challenging in the winter.

Lithium NMC, which I think is the most common, is 3.7V. Lithium iron phosphate, which some power packs do use, has a nominal voltage of 3.2V.

If you are being paid to launder money, isn't the fee about 20%? My source on that is the Netflix series Ozark. Assuming that 20% is within the realm of reality, I assume that the margin on drip-coffee is substantially higher. Maybe 60% margin on coffee?
