Using tor to keep your communications secret is like having ACAB tattooed on your forehead - fine if you like the attention, not exactly useful if you don't.
You can test this out yourself, if you're into an endurance sport and have a heart rate monitor nearby. Even low to moderate drinking the night before a run has a significant effect on my heart rate at rest (around 5%) and during exercise (up to 10% higher).
Where moderate drinking means a glas of wine, or two, not a bottle (or two).
While you may have multiple residencies, legally you have one domicile. This is the location where you live and verification of you actually living there is required by most contracts and is enforceable in a court.
I have both a yubikey and an auth app but can't seem to find a way to use them with paypal. Do you have some kind of special account or is that a feature bound to a certain market?
Please explain, I was under the impression that the above could not reasonably be claimed anymore with any kind of certainty [1][2][3]. Perhaps I'm misunderstanding something important here or the 'Happy Dance!!' slide [4] made me paranoid.
Restricting carbohydrate intake let's you control blood sugar levels and insulin response to meals, which generally leads to weight loss in most people.
I get that the wiki article on low carb is rambling, but why HN :?
Bitcoin is inherently not a privacy minded technology, being able to track every transaction ever is a feature, not something to discard. It's also a feature no 'privacy tool for the internet' (eg. tor) can easily change.
The underlying premise of your comment is, at very least, debatable. Death camps were in operation far earlier than you imply, if you leave the semantics aside.
Take a look at the report from Dachau in the New Republic (1934) [1], the report by Gerhard Seger from Oranienburg (1934) [2] and contrast those with Hitler's word in his speech from January 1939 [3] or in Mein Kampf from 1925 [4]. There were reports by other people I'm unable to find right now. If you combine the information with an open mind a picture emerges, one that could have possibly found its way into the NYT in 1939.
but this is _exactly_ what game theory is about, the parent probably hinted at a failed unterstanding of the theory as shown by your comment ;)
what i mean is, people may think they understand the concept of game theory but are often unable to link that to its practical consequences, as in this case.
No, don't do this, ever. Never think you are going to outsmart a professional doing his/her job - be it feds or police, you are going to lose. Imagine this happening in your line of work, it'd be absurd thing to happen, right?
In general, don't take health or legal advice from HN. There are other places for that, and there is money to spent well.
