I actually prefer 'constantshow' instead of 'linenumbers'. That way if you want to select/copy some text from the terminal it doesn't include those line numbers.

20 years professional experience - CloudOps, WebOps, DevOps, Web dev, and Jack-of-all trades.

I've mostly worked with high-traffic Web sites: PHP-based primarily - most all of it on AWS.

Extensive experience with Amazon Web Services, especially EC2 (ELB/ALB, AMI, VPC, Auto-scaling), RDS, CodeDeploy, Route53, Certificate Manager . I have plenty of exposure to most of the AWS services in some form though.

I have strong skills in:

* Linux: RedHat/CentOS/AmazonLiunx, Ubuntu, Gentoo, Alpine

* Supporting Web platforms (not necessarily developing): Apache, Nginx, PHP, Ruby-on-Rails, NodeJS

* Database: MySQL/MariaDB (stand-alone and RDS), PostgreSQL, Redis

* Infrastructure as Code: Puppet, Terraform, Packer

* Monitoring and Alerting: Zabbix, ELK stack, Grafana, Datadog.
