Nuclear weapon is not equal to nuclear reactor. If Russians will blow up Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Plant, most of the people will be evacuated, but radiation will poison land and sea for hundreds or thousands of year.
Emm, these people are killed by cancer, every year. Unless we will find cure for cancer very soon, Chornobyl kills dozens of thousands per year right now.
Did you read about Red Forest near to Chornobyl? A nuclear station has enough material for a continent-wide Red Forest. Luckily, Chornobyl accident was steam explosion, not a nuclear explosion, so very small portion of nuclear fuel was leaked.
Any code is proprietary by default. GNU GPL license lifts some restrictions, in excange of more code, but it doesnt work when license is broken. Look at cases about GPL violation.
Copiloot doesn't obey GPL license, so they need to obtain written permission and pay license fees to be able to use code in their product.
Open source code is open source when it license is obeyed only. When license is not obeyed, e.g. copyright notice is no reproduced, it should be treated as private code, except for dual-licensed code.
M$ is long time GPL hater. They use lot of GPL code, but stil hate it, because they cannot make profit from it. Commercial companies like BSD-style licenses, because they are free as in "free work".
This information can be deducted. It's an easy job for a former intelligence officer. For example, in my battalion no one knows English language except me, so any intelligence in English language must be translated and reviewed first by a native Ukrainian. Together with time shift and night time, this creates 12-18 hour lag.
Moreover, Ukrainians know Russian tactics, language, technical capabilities, or even know them in person. We also have relatives in RF, which can text us when rockets are launched, for example.
USA intelligence is not important at this stage of war, when everything changes every few hours.
