CircleCI appears to be having an outage. 421 error code displayed when navigating to app.circleci.com. Redirects from circleci.com are displaying a 500 status code.

Their status page still says all systems are operational

Terraform's registry is showing the same thing: https://registry.terraform.io/

This appears related to AWS downtime on many resources, including CloudFront. I see similar 421s on my production sites as well as things like Stripe
