What sort of editor waves through an article like this without thinking “might be helpful to define ‘4:3 fasting’ somewhere”.
Thought the same exact thing. For those curious, 4:3 intermittent fasting is where you eat normal for 4 days and restrict calories to 80% of TDEE for 3 days (if I understood it correctly). I was trying to make sense of it with how I typically perceive IF, like 16/8 etc.
Personal anecdote: I lost 10kg mostly by skipping dinner every few days when I have good lunch. So seems about right
