Six weeks after the unexplained death of a 12-year-old girl on a scuba training course, investigators who failed to collect dive-computers at the scene appear still not to have analysed the data available from them – and one of the two dive professionals’ units is reported to have gone missing.
I just watched the tragic hazard of a maritime vessel where the wreck was coated with gravel to hinder any further investigation.
The captain of that ship was rescued, but disappeared and was never seen again.
Also a passenger that survived, was declared dead by media despite having called its relatives the next day....
