Though, extreme emotions always shows every time he is mad after consecutive losses on online games or if he doesn't get what he wants. With lots of patience, it also help a lot that me and his older brother treats him as if he doesn't have ADHD. Outdoor activities like sports and exercise can maintain your focus and concentration too. So just keep up doing things you deem necessary to become more responsible and a person one can depend on. It's a matter of mind-setting.
Playing video game is truly fun, as long as you don't have the tendency to be addicted to it. Now that you've set yourself free, I suggest you never go back. But if you're 100% sure you can control yourself, why not. You can play once a week just so you can relax and entertain yourself.
I should understand so because I was also hooked into watching movies and TV series during lockdown. After that, I need to get back to my working routine and stay productive.
