If anyone would like to make up their own minds about this, it's available on archive.org. I still remember watching it first time round and it was definitely a formative experience for me. I had no idea it was being shown to kids - it was broadcast after the 9pm watershed (when the little dears should have been in bed).
Thanks, but I have already installed an updated package [0] that is supposed to fix it but doesn't bump the version number, so I'd like a direct check, just to quell my internal raving paranoid :)
I have to say I'm wary of using this for any servers I control; what if they turn out to be vulnerable and this page is just collecting a list of machines to examine in detail later?
Has anyone found an offline tool for checking this?
The query I used was "select * from cd.facilities where name ~ 'Tennis';" which got me the tick, but the page didn't detect that I hadn't used LIKE and the feedback was therefore wrong. You might want to think a little more about different solutions to the exercises.
Other than that it's slick and impressive so far, thanks. I shall be sending the URL onwards.
What a pointless exercise - fill in the form and it doesn't even tell you how you did. All I got was "Thanks! Your response has been recorded.". I was hoping for an explanation of the bits where my understanding was flawed.
