Our core product is a mobile app that encourages employees to take control of their health with daily physical activity, routine & preventative doctor visits, and price transparency shopping. We motivate employees through a system of goals and rewards, then validate and confirm when goals are completed triggering employer-sponsored instant cash payouts to employees. The combined system unites employers and their employees in the fight against rising healthcare costs and lays the foundation for undoing the broken system of incentives that currently plagues the healthcare/insurance industry. Winston Health was founded in 2022 by 3 friends and colleagues in Lancaster, PA who are passionate about driving disruption in the industry. Currently, we are fundraising a seed round with plans to launch our MVP and bring on our founding engineering team in July 2023.
