Subpoena the algorithm through a federal antitrust case and expose it through court filings and PROVE ONCE AND FOR ALL; YouTube has their finger on the scale promoting videos the executives and dev teams view as “better”. Regardless of their rationalization, they are operating free of any platform exemption and must be open to litigation.
