Neither do any of these county "health departments". Most of the measures that were instituted last March took a full year to get thrown out by the courts (ex: Newsom's church banning in California). People don't understand that this is up to the courts but the courts can take a very long time do address it and during that time these politicians pull the wool over the eyes of the public.
