Product Manager: Work on Label Studio directly, managing multiple lines of product feedback (open source users, customers, internal ideas). Help prioritize and improve features, connecting that to the product metrics.
Customer & Community Support Engineer: Help our customers and open source users to get up and running with the software. Troubleshoot any of the deployment / software issues they may have. You need to have a good understanding of Infrastructure/DevOps/Deployment practices and be empathetic towards people and their problems.
