AspirEDU helps schools identify students who are falling behind and alerts the student advisors. This allows schools to intercede and keep students engaged and on track. Clients have seen retention rates, which is the percentage of students staying in school instead of dropping out, rise due to using our system.
A typical day with AspirEDU would involve you reviewing the progress of the overnight retrievals, evaluating and resolving any issues with those, picking up a current strategic project or starting a new one, and answering questions from the Client Services team regarding any inquiries from clients. You will report to the CTO and will work alongside your other software engineer peers. Most of your work will be driven solely by you with your peers providing a sounding board and feedback via code reviews.
