edwnj·5 yıl önce·discussI have no idea how those shareholders are going to argue saving Zuckerberg in a suit about Facebook is not in the companies direct interest.Like literally, other than being the CEO, he is also the founder, majority shareholder and the brand of the company.P.S. this is a PR ploy.. shareholders will never win a suit like this in a Deleware court.
